Choctaw Casino & Resorts has made history by teaming up with Bitline to let guests fund their accounts with cryptocurrencies.
Cryptocurrencies and Digital Assets Now Available at Choctaw Casino & Resorts
This partnership is the first major deal Bitline has secured in the United States, and it is unlikely to be the last. It opens new opportunities for players, making transactions faster and more convenient on the gaming floor.
With this collaboration, patrons can now use cryptocurrencies and digital assets for payments. Bitline explained in a press statement that it is using Everi’s CashClub payment system to ensure smooth and secure transactions. This setup allows casino visitors to use popular digital currencies with ease.
For the first time, a land-based US casino is offering this functionality. Cryptocurrencies have gained popularity in recent years, and some digital assets are even part of the US strategic reserve. However, in the regulated gambling sector, this step is a breakthrough. While Wyoming has allowed crypto payments for iGaming, no physical casino has done the same—until now. Bitline is taking this innovation a step further.
Richard Jones, CEO of Bitline, shared his excitement about this milestone. He emphasized that digital assets can improve the gaming experience and provide casinos with a modern financial system that can grow with the industry.
“We are entering a new era where digital payments will shape the future of gaming. This collaboration is just the beginning of our vision to modernize casino payments worldwide,” he said.
Victor Newsom, Everi’s SVP of Product Management and Payments Solutions, was also optimistic about the partnership and its impact.
The Future of Casino Payments with Everi and Choctaw Casinos
“Choctaw’s guests no longer face limits on access, transaction speed, or payment amounts,” Newsom stated. He highlighted that this technology provides more freedom and flexibility for players.
Choctaw Casinos & Resorts also welcomed the opportunity to expand payment options. The casino has a strong relationship with Everi, a leader in financial technology, which has long supported cashless payments in land-based casinos.
Everi continues to push for innovation, ensuring that players and operators benefit from secure and efficient payment solutions.
